All right Mr. Smarty in Madrid, way to make us north of the 49th feel all green with envy to go along with chilly. But you should wear hats against the heat, no? We wouldn’t want our ex pat getting sunstroke.
It is not THAT warm over here. When I arrived it was over 30C, but it was a dry heat (I never, ever knew what a dry heat was in Canada) and so long as I stayed in the shade, it was fine – no sweating buckets of liquid.
It IS getting chilly here – close to 0C in the morning, but heading up to the high teens in the afternoon.
Found you via Caedmon’s post on hats. Glad to see another guy buyin’ hats. Personally I’d like to see hats become the staple in a man’s wardrobe the way they used to be. While I don’t yet have an Ivy Cap, I’m hoping to score one at Christmas (or a gift card to a place I can get one).
hopes you will enjoy today's comic diary http://bit.ly/7UMAIp that has to do with hats http://plurk.com/p/2qhn9q
Three hats at 40% off – that’s 180% spent on hats lol!
I never was good at math and I’m still not so I confess, I don’t even follow that Mike – but my head is going to be toasty this winter.
I am so glad I don’t know where this sale is because I love hats! (and shoes, and purses lol)
Sears (Canada) oh oh, now you know.
I don’t wear hats … unless it is really, really cold and I have to be outside – then I wear a touque.
I used to have one of those Russian style fur hats with the flaps. This was back in elementary school in the 70s.
Now that I am in Madrid, I can’t see it getting cold enough to warrant a hat. I stil have my parkas from Canada (and they all have hoods).

If you can barter for more % off, that would be my kind of “cap & trade!”
